You're right about those daffodils,

They're unusual.
I love the classic ones, and years ago, I used to wonder why anyone would ever want or have any other Daffodil...
Then one year, the catalog pictures made me curious what they'd actually be like, so I got a few of the less common bulbs.
They struggled along for several years cycles, then began to get stronger and more numerous, until this year, and this week;
now, they're a rather striking and lovely reward, for waiting out the wintry months, and for not having pulled them out altogether.

Good morning @Kaila and all. Wasn't around much yesterday. Son came round just after midday then grandson arrived about 3ish followed by son's partner when she finished work.

Good morning, Kaila & Friends! This wake-up call is for @Medusa today because she mentioned enjoying my early morning messages. It's 4:18 and I'm going to wake her so she can experience a glorious early morning "in real time." Everyone else can resume sleeping now ('cept @Pinky and @Pam because I know they're already awake!)

Hello, all, which here on this thread,
includes, dear Rosco and precious Rocco .
I was extremely sloggy and slow and later than my usuals, with basics of starting my day, today.....
But I'm beginning to feel a bit more like myself.
I definitely did too much, and got confused, yesterday, but hopefully am recovering.
I don't have to go anyplace today, and couldn't have, if I'd needed to.
Have an important appointment, to get myself to tomorrow.
I wish I could plant those pansies, I got that are pictured in above posts;
But they will have to wait.
Meanwhile I'm thinking of each of you.
And feel thankful for you.

@Kaila, may I ask for my Lucius to be included herein? He's a good puppy too.

Another possible explanation for my omission noted above...
might be that my dear cat
is always hovering nearby, 
and keeping a close eye on me, of course....
And she may have begun to wonder why I possibly was enamored by the pups on our thread.....
I do have to be careful and wise, what i post.

Hello, dear friends. 
I got to my appointment, this morning.
I found it very challenging to get myself there, and it was an exhausting hour long. But I did it.
I think it was helpful even though it seemed difficult, and I felt sadness and grief regarding 1 of the issues.
I hope I'll manage to fit in something fun, soon.
