It looks like the plane either hit some severe low level crosswinds or the pilot was creating the plane to yaw by not using his rudder pedals correctly. I will bet the Captain crapped his pants. Either way, the pilot was not prepared for what he experienced.

I saw that clip on the news. How scary! It looks like it the plane was almost going to hit the bus and truck! Thank goodness it landed safely.
