Getting numerous emails from my cable company

It's almost to the point of harassment - 2 to 4 a day. All about getting my phone service from them or upgrading services. The TV is also saturated with commercials about this.
 

I know it's irritating. I already have the "bundle." I kind of need the land line due to my stepfather. I have a low tier for channels and I already pay too much and they have taken channels away. They did give the game show channel which was previously unavailable for my tier so I guess that's good.
 
Check to see if your Subscription Preferences can be decreased. I was getting constant emails from one company and was able to remove most of the generic topics. It made a huge difference.
 

This kind of goes with debodun's thread. Yeah, I get those, too. but I'm flooded with Twitter and Facebook emails. I did sign up for twitter, but never used. it. So, I closed my Twitter account, but I still get 10-20 tweets/day. I tried to stop Facebook emails, but They keep on coming.

Mark every email as "Spam".
You may also go to the "Unsubscribe" link within the email; usually at the end, small print.
