Giant Cane Toad found in Queensland Australia.

I like toads. Will attach a pic of one I came upon on one of my walks. I thought he might be my Prince Charming so I talked to him. Then, I realized he wasn't a frog .
After seeing yours, I am freaked out. Pure ugly!

When I was in Queensland I was told that they are poisonous. They have poison ducts in their skin. I recall seeing a picture of a large snake with one part way into it's mouth . . . both dead. The toad from suffocation and the snake from the poison.

A big warty, brown, ugly cane toad was just sitting in the dirt.
It weighs 2.7kg - 6lb and is 25cm - 10" long
It looked like a plastic toy toad. A football with legs.
A cane toad that size will eat anything it can fit into its mouth, and that includes insects, reptiles, and small mammals.

I've always thought Australia has some of the world's strangest creatures ever ... so fascinating!
