Medicaid is state run; different state to state. You can bet your bottom dollar some states, like mine, offer more than Tennessee would.

Robert can claim kinship and the state can accept that or not....with his girlfriends input.

For example, in Calif, I had a kinship relationship with Paxton that gave me the right to make decisions about his education and medical care and etc....almost equal to his mother's rights.

Not the same thing, and CA different from Tennessee, you bet it is.
