Give us back our Politics discussions

We are all big boys and girls here.

There are lots of political happenings that should be discussed. There is a lot to learn.

Those that don't like political discussions don't have to participate.

It's just not the same forum without Politics.

I know. But it's been awhile now and I think we have learned our lesson on politeness.

I post in all the forums, not just the Political Discussions.

I have never been a fan of punishing all for the sins of one or two.

Well, not all for me but I do post on quite a few.

In the past, when I have let someone get under my skin and I responded with a bit of snark, I sent myself to Coventry for one or two weeks. In essence I banned myself to teach myself a lesson.

Matrix will reopen the politics forum soon but unless some people, including you and I, pay heed there will more than likely be some bans.

Well I think it's pretty simple.

Stick to the topic and not the poster.

I belong to another forum which is pretty well all politically based.

It has been in existence for 25 years and I have been a member for 20 years.
