We enjoy shopping for groceries and also use it as an opportunity to walk and socialize. We go to a Super Wal-mart which is the closest large store to our house. It's 19 miles away. They also sell fishing and camping items, painting supplies, household goods etc so we know ahead of time the bill will be high. Some of the cashiers know us quite well. We don't use coupons very often and never use a check but my husband is one who will hold up the line talking to the clerk or other people in line. We always let people behind us who have a few items go ahead of us since we are not in a hurry.
