If I don't exercise my belly expands.
Yeah....we wrinkle & sag everywhere as we age.I've noticed that even though I get plenty of exercise, the skin on my belly always has a little bit of slack. I could swear that wasn't there 10 years ago.
Lucky you if it wasn't in extremely short period of time and you hadn't changed your diet significantly changed your diet.I have lost weight and I didn't need to. My belts are all too big now.
One thing I've discovered in old age - if you want to lose weight - stop eating so much. It works.you are as genuine as you points.... Looking forward to know you better
