going to breakfast

granddaughter came over last night, she's 13. said "do you want to go to breakfast tomorrow morning, I don't have school?"
I said, "who's buying?" she said "you are" I said do I look like I am made of money? then we started talking about who was on the one dollar, the ten, the twenty the fifty and the hundred. she said "you look like a Benjamin" then we played cards and worked on puzzle. (she lives next door)
 

now the plot thickens, our older granddaughter lives near were we are go, she has the morning off as well. I'll meet you there. she is 22, works two jobs and goes to college full time.
 

That was thoughtful of your g/daughter. Having breakfast out is something that has caught on in New Zealand. I know in the US it's commonplace. When I get out of bed I don't feel like going out for brekkie , I need to wake up first. :D (I suppose one could have brekkie at anytime of the morning.)
