Good morning, day, afternoon evening, night, happy whatever etc. #6-New !

I've been trying something to change my mood and keep thinking positive. I changed the way I watch the news. Local news and weather in the morning, only get news about topics I am interested in such as technology, environmental, economy and documentaries. No more politics and only national and international news about 15 minutes a week and absolutely no network news. It's working great.
