The last bits of Christmas turkey were taken off the bones, cooked for 5 minutes in the microwave, chopped up in our new Christmas chopper and turned into two large toasted sandwiches.
Turkey leftovers, fresh lettuce, two tsps of cranberry sauce, bread toasted and buttered. Accompanied by freshly made soup with turkey juices, tomato juice, chopped tomatoes and orzo pasta. Forgot ingredients, sorry... Mayonnaise and Dijon mustard plus Sage herbs and onion granules.
Full, so no room for dessert. Enjoying cups of tea. In honour of Harry Belafonte Who passer away at 96, earlier this year, we're watching Beetlejuice.
Once done, will be going for shower then bed. Goodnight all!
