Thank you Pam. My brother's are in the LA area. Fires are very close with winds spreading more fires all the time. Been praying for a major downpour for it out there

Goodmorning lovely people.

There has been thud, bang, wallop noises the past hour, it's the snow and ice coming off my roof in huge dollops, so I'll stay indoors until it's all off.
The folks across the road are keeping me posted about where the snow is likely to come off my roof, and I'm telling them about the snow on their roofs, so, later today I suppose there'll be scraping and banging as spades move the unwanted white stuff away.

Looking out of a back bedroom window I've been watching kids slide the full length of their garden on their ice slides they've made... "Oops, that tree just popped up out of nowhere didn't it little fella?"

Wall to wall smiles are the order of the day, so come on all of you, put your grins on your chins and have a super day.
