Good morning, day, afternoon evening, night, happy whatever etc. #6-New !

So I've learned from my women-over-60 sub on Reddit that the existential crisis which hit me when I turned sixty in, October of last year, is not unusual. There were posts from other ladies having the same experiences and what encouraged me were the many, "me too" comments to those posts.

Of late, I've been feeling better and better about turning sixty and my inevitable death. One of the things I'm enjoying is doing whatever I want without worry of judgment. I mean, I've generally done that anyway, but now it's sort of supercharged. Like if I want to play with Barbies, watch cartoons and spray glitter in my hair I will not be judged!

Anyone else feeling sort of liberated by getting older? :)

(I'm hoping it's okay to be posting on my first day here with you guys. :)

Now then lovely people, the witching hour is approaching and this young fella needs to be tucked up in bed, well, Rita Hayworth may just be waiting for me on the dance floor of a dream. 😊

Night night, sleep well, have a nice long dream in if you wish. 😊

Yes, I'm feeling liberated, too. I quit wearing bras about 6 months ago or so. I do much of what I please but I do have an obligation to my little dog 🐕We are very close and enjoy so much time together; we have enjoyed over 12 years of each others company. We are like a married couple 🤣🙂😎We are both headed for the great beyond in the best way we can.❤️🥰

Awe, what kind of dog do you have? I'm a dog person too only mine's a supersized Boxer. It sounds like you two have a special bond. ❤️
