Otto and Heidi love sleeping under my bed, but they also have other places to sleep if it gets too crowded. My big guy "Ross" never gets under my bed because he can't crawl there; he is just too big.

Our temps warmed up and the snow is almost gone but they say we will get more so I plan on going to the Post Office and maybe the Dollar store- and I always have plenty to do here. I might re- organize my canned goods and my dry goods, do some cleaning and enjoying what I made yesterday for dinner-baby back pork ribs in sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, applesauce, --- I made it in crock pot yesterday because we expected high winds and power outages last night and today, but they dropped the high wind warning early last night ,so I tried some of the pork rib meal, and it was Very Good!

I always plan on having hot dogs with the left over sauerkraut- a third day meal, maybe with mac and cheese.

I went through my recipe collection yesterday to find some good comfort food dishes I have not made since last winter.


I guess Ina Garten retired=her cooking show used to be excellent.
