Yes definitely, and with my bad knees yet😄 been putting ice and Diclofenec gel on them. Going up and down steps really aggravates them. Wish we had an elevator here.

Next place I live will have one or two 🙃. Do you have an elevator where you are? It's hard when we get older to use stairs. Unless someone is in great shape.

My father didn't have knee problems and he lived to be 82. He had some other arthritic problems though. They come with the territory.

I'm waiting for the window cleaner so that I can tell him of my huge discovery. Wow, my windows are not circular, but each one has four corners too. He will be so pleased.

Come on, if you can, it's shake a leg time, but be careful, you may kick someone up the rear end accidentally on purpose. 😊
