Phew, it's hot, I'm moving around the house bare footed and wearing just a pair of short pants.
When I pass a window, I take deep, deep breaths to try and pull my belly in and push my chest out.... just in case a Rita Heyworth lookalike might be passing.

Goodnight all.

It's been a scorcher today, so it's been a case of continuously seeking the shadiest corners... I managed.

I dug out a small inflatable pond from my shed, big enough for two and filled it with water, then got in and relished the cooling effect. The lovely lady from over the road came checking on me, saw the pond then left. Ten minutes later she was back plonking herself into the soothing liquid. We had a pleasant few hours and then she had to leave. I'm under strict instructions to leave the water in the pond.

Enjoy your sleep and revel in your dreams, I know I will.

Oh I can really relate. I went on Amazon yesterday looking for some Spankx shapeware. I need to pull it all in but maybe I'll fall over after that!I can't even walk right anymore. Could be a few reasons for that but....
