Good morning everyone.

I'd drawn the curtains in the kitchen, sat myself down with a bowl of cornflakes, and just as I was about to shovel the cornflakes into my gob, I was aware of being watched.
A robin was at one end of the windowcill and another at the opposite end, clearly watching me with my breakfast, so, I went and got a handful of cornflakes, crushed them fine and put them outside on a ledge.
They are now tucking into theirs and I'm tucking into mine.
Come on, tell me, how often do you have breakfast with Mr and Mrs Robin?
