I sat there yesterday watching dancing granny videos for about and hour just because it made me feel good. Some of the granny's in their 90's. One was even over 100 years old. They made me smile and also they made me think that I hope I still feel like dancing when I'm older

Yes, dance as though no one is watching...even if they are &*(% 'em. Folding wash or walking the dogs late night I really cut a rug...feels so very good!
