Great book I'm currently reading

Needed a book to read while on vacation and happened upon The Life We Bury by Allen Eskens. A man who was convicted for murdering a 14 year old girl and was given a compassionate release since he was dying of cancer. A college student has to write a paper on someone, waited too long to pick his assignment and ended up with this gentleman.
Very, very good book. Recommend it.
