Football, (Soccer Football), players are the best paid
individuals in this and many other countries, they are
at the beginning of their lives and very rich Boys, they
are not really old enough to be called men yet, some
are but mainly "No".
Barcelona is one of the best Spanish clubs and the players
there are paid a fraction of the English Premier League
ones, yet they all agreed to donate 70% of their earnings
to the health services there and also to pay the wages of
the non-playing staff, like cleaners stewards etc.
The English Premier League Managers and Team Captains
were to have a video conference call yesterday afternoon
to debate a proposed cut of 30% in income!
They couldn't agree and the reason is because it would cut
the wages bill by £500 Million and the tax loss would put
the Government in a bad place to keep its promise to the
NHS, they would struggle to make any decent payments.
The rest of the World is trying very hard and lost their income,
but the greedy players want to keep it all for themselves.

A very sad situation, I would suggest that supporters stop going
and paying the exorbitant prices at the gates of minimum £45
per game, see how long they would last if that happened.
Personally I am disgusted.
