Greetings from sunny Colorado

I am new to this site. I am newly a retired educator and looking to interact with my peers. I have lived in Colorado (moved here from New Mexico) for about 25 years. It really isn't nearly as snowy as people from other states might think. We have had some rather mild winters the past couple of years. Of course, the mountains do get a fair amount of snow. Looking forward to meeting and contributing to posts. Hopefully, I can become friends with some of you.
