Grocery pickup.........

I'll shorten a long story.......

There were some items missing in my grocery list yesterday at the pickup. I attempted to discuss it with the store rep........ at one point he said ......... quoting here ..........."sir,they don't pay me enough to care"

Pretty damn aggravating when ya plan on something for super, then cannot get it. And ! ...... we must put in our order so many hours in advance.

What the hell ever happened to customer service ? And the customer is always right ?

rgp, you gotta complain to the higher ups about that one! You weren't yelling or anything, right?

No,.. I was actually very polite about it, and so was he. He just didn't care ........ he suggested calling the store after I returned home. In all honesty , I just wasn't in the mood for an argument on the phone ..... so i did not call.

I totally understand. You are right to do what is comfortable for you. I'm tired of arguing too. Rats!
