Growing Celery from a Cut Stalk

I never even knew a raw egg could be frozen until lately. Then I found that they do best when slightly beaten and frozen in the amounts you need (one or two eggs to a baggie or whatever.) You thaw in the refrigerator when needed.
That makes two of us.

What a fun thread. The coloured celery I’ve never seen nor have I grown it like that before but I’m going to plant some. I’ve known about the green onions though and should be doing that every time we buy them to put them in the greenhouse. Nice pool.

OK, I finally got around to putting some eggs in the freezer. I don't even remember why I bought these tiny containers but they are the perfect size for a single large egg. I'll report back after I thaw one and cook it. :D
