I've posted this picture many times, but even at 85 my mother had beautiful white hair. It started turning white in her 30s and in her 50s she just embraced it.

Thank you. She passed away at 89 in 2021. She avoided the sun and used various moisturizers since I was a kid. Clinique became a favorite. She has (or had, I don't know which) a beautiful complexion also.
I'm dyeing laughing!he saw his first grey hair and thought he would dye
Would he have appeared less ridiculous if he'd been wearing a fedora or a beanie ?Babs2u: I have a brother-in-law who wears his baseball cap everywhere he goes. We were all in a nice restaurant weeks ago and he was the only man with a hat on. It looked ridiculous.
Manners would have it, in our local club men are asked to remove their hats as a form of respect. In the olden days men removed their hats when entering an elevator. Maybe I'm just old fashioned.Would he have appeared less ridiculous if he'd been wearing a fedora or a beanie ?![]()

The day that she said yes to my proposal of marriage, I struck gold.I like that picture. You look like you really enjoy each other's company.
It's better to choose a hair color that is close to your natural hair color, and simply cover the grey or white hair. No, I earned the gray hair.
When I was working offshore at Mobile Bay back in the latter 90's, one of the men who was in his early 40's and had Salt/Pepper hair.
Well one day after days off when he came back Offshore his hair was Jet Shiny Black. He was laughed at and made fun of for awhile - but in fairness he deserved it as it was ridiculous looking.
