Gym

A cold snap here lasts between 11pm to 6am in my area of central Florida. If its 35 at 3am then wake up to 40 by 7am.
Any place south of Orlando doesnt really have that kind of cold weather.

Oh, good - so when I move to Titusville I won't have any problems!

HERE! hav a lovebug cookie.

Awww - dem's cute!

I remember my introduction to love bugs when I arrived at FIT for my first (and last) semester - I thought they were just large mosquitoes until a local told me what they are, and then I got sick. :grey:

I just related the story of love bugs to the girl that works at the convenience store and she couldn't stop laughing - she'd never heard of them before. ;)

TITUSVILLE ???? Awww comon on you can do better then that place.

It's funny, because I was just reading a Reddit thread about Titusville ... all the posters were trashing the place, but after reading several dozen responses I began to see a pattern:

  1. The respondents all seemed to be in their late teens / early twenties
  2. Their biggest gripe was that Titusville was composed mainly of old people and young pill-addicts
  3. They all moaned about the good ol' days of the late '90's.

This tells me that the complainers are basically kids that want nightlife, full malls (instead of the two-stores-left mall that is evidently in Titusville) and skate parks - none of which interest me.

Actually, old people and pill-pushers seems like a self-perpetuating mix. ;)

It's cheap, it's near the ocean, it's central to all of Florida, it has bus service ... that pretty much does it for me.

Titusville use talk be the talk of the nation since it is located right across the river from the Kennedy Space Center. And Since the shuttle doesnt fly anymore its become a pretty boring place now.
BUT There are still rocket launches from nearby Air force base,in fact one went up last night at 9:30 pm.
Quite a sight.

I like outdoor walking the best, so will always be fitting that into my schedule. Took the furkid for a walk in the park today, and went to the gym for some time on the elliptical machine, and a couple of weight machines. Every time I go there there's plenty of empty machines, I don't even have to be near anyone else if I don't want to. Of course before heading to the gym, I had to get some energy by eating a half of an apple turnover I had at home. :fat:
