One of her charges is 'recieving stolen property' when she took/returned the dog. I don't know how much she was part of the kidnapping or plan.

Should ad the boyfriend of the woman and father of one of the gang members involved has also been charged. And their defense attorney has been able to keep the suspects pictures non public for now which probably means no court cameras or mug shots.
