Halloween: let the countdown begin

My neighbor just erected his 12 foot high skeleton 7 days ago. Last year he knocked it down in January, and without a place to store it (I guess) he just let it lay on the ground so that it couldn't be seen from the road unless you knew it was there. So it's up 5 months a year. Now there's a guy who knows how to celebrate the most important holiday of the year!
