About Sociopaths:

While the term carries stigma, many individuals with ASPD do not become criminals but are still prone to poor impulse control and destructive actions. Causes of ASPD are thought to involve both genetic factors and environmental influences like childhood trauma or unstable environments.

I've read that many management and executive positions are filled with sociopaths.
