I bake on parchment paper but I'm curious...is there a warning we all need to know about regarding foil? I know that plastic can leech into hot food if touching...like plastic rap and tupperware but I've always wondered about aluminum foil.

There is something about foil.... I think it has to do with acidic things like tomato sauce or vinegary sauces but only when it actually lays ON the acidic food.

It's ok for meats, chicken, proteins like that, as far as I know. I put a layer of foil on baking sheet when I bake French fries, no problem, fast clean up.
