You can't help but hear the influence of the Scots/Irish in our Appalachian music! So many settled in those mountains and "hollers" and kept the music much the same for a long, long time.

I had my haggis, mashed tatties and neeps earlier this week but no whiskey. Had some shortbread too. Loved my meal. Hope you all had great Rabbie Burns celebrations.
