Happy Covid to me

I woke up Saturday morning with my third round of having COVID. Last night was the worse. I went to Urgent Care, which is a last resort for me. They were going to give me Remdesivir, but I’m taking Prednisone and the doctor told me the two medicines interact and he couldn’t give me anything. He said to buy some Coricidin and go by the directions. Also take Tylenol 2 tablets every 6 hours.

The neighbor lady brought me some homemade chicken noodle soup. I couldn’t taste it, but I’m sure it was good.

I hope so too. So far this has been the worst. I can add sleep disturbances and weird dreams to the symptom list now. I also seem to have jacked the psychotic nerve in my butt and every time I cough or sneeze it's like a totally new experience in pain. Not to mention I play hell getting up from a sitting position. I can actually think of things I'd much rather suffer with.

Sand fleas! Sand fleas in Cancun. I could definitely suffer through that better than this.

Feeling better today, but still testing positive for COVID.

I think the neighbor’s chicken noodle soup did the trick.

Mikey, I meant to reply sooner. I'm sorry you had COVID on your birthday! How are you doing now? My husband and I always gave each other a month to celebrate our birthdays. Hope you do the same and celebrate, go have some fun when you're better.
