Happy New Year thread

Someone said the 1st has begun somewhere. Why does tomorrow begin somewhere else than here?
The earth keeps spinning faster, one day millions of years from now it will be a 23 hour day. Will
they then sleep less, play more or play less and sleep more. No one will have a job, work will have
ended many 1000's of centuries in the past.

I have no legal responsibility to keep my NY's resolution. 1. (don't get mad if the mail is damp)
2. (remove the pumpkins before the squirrels wreck them) 3. (Brew better coffee) ?
4. (Amazings electric van just stopped and sat at the neighbor's place for 15 minutes, does that mean my package of 123123 is over there. They gone now. will they (amazing electric van come back soon?) Can I just stay calm and not get tee's off again.
