Hello, everyone! I'm from Maine, and I'm glad I found this forum. Actually, this is my first Senior Forum experience, and in looking over the posts, I think it will be a good one. Who would have thought when we were young that we would have such technology?

I am a retired fourth and fifth grade teacher (27 years). I took an early retirement in 2006 because I have permanent nerve damage in my back, and I use two canes to walk. I didn't have much money saved for my retirement, and I need to supplement my pension, so I've been trying to get involved with affiliate internet marketing. I've been trying for seven years to earn money on the internet, so far with very little success. I have recently been working to develop a website which sells adorable baby clothes. It's about to go live this week. I'm also having a second site made which sells organic baby clothes. Wish me luck!

I have two grown sons and three grandbabies. My youngest son lives in Virginia, and my oldest son is moving back to Maine next week, so he can raise his two little girls in Maine. I'm beyond excited!

Welcome Mlls207... from London England.graphics-welcome-323967.jpg

Having recently had Back surgery myself I sympathise greatly with your situation, fortunately I'm not having to use a cane yet although I did for a while immediately prior to the surgery.

As it's your first foray into senior Forums you will find there's quite a variety of ages 50+ Up to over 90 ..and from various countries but mostly the USA and Canada on here, but it's still small enough to be friendly enough for most of us to know each other fairly well.

Do please shout if you need help with anything, for example..how to prevent Mail notifications going to your email address from this forum or any other problem you may have , we'll be only too pleased to help..we were all new once :D
