If your Hard of Hearing like me at 77, and hard to hear T.V. I search everywhere for something so I could hear T.V. I found this on AMAZON it's call a : ANSTEN SPEAKER : It's small has big Big Sound and Clear. It has two wires built in on goes to your T.V. I plug mine into mine Surround sound and works Great. I used Headphones and the best part my Wife can also Hear T.V..It took me about 20 minutes to hook up.. Best thing I ever had..paul
 

Aunt bea, I didn't put the video on..You can go to Amazon and search ansten speakers. I live in Alabama and this is the first time I've been able to hear t.v. in two years..thanks paul

Bought that on Amazon & posted on "what have you bought recently" . We have an 86 inch LG smart TV took about 10 minutes to connect using the optical connection feature. At 1st. the sound at 30 wasn't high enough so I opened the sound choice on our TV & increased the sound output. The sound adjustment knob is great since some programs have higher sound output & others don't. It works as advertised.:)
