Has anyone ever cooked up a chicken fish?

I bought a whole chicken the other day and wanted to make a quick dinner for the hubby and my son without heating up the kitchen.
I was thumbing through my pressure cooker cookbook and found a recipe for chicken in orange sauce.
Very simple,It called for a few spices, orange juice, raisins and some slivered almonds that I didn't have on hand. The chicken didn't have to be boned or skinned. Just wack it up,brown it and cook for 10 minutes then thicken the sauce and serve with rice.
When I make a recipe for the first time I follow the direction exactly or I would have boned and skinned it and made it the day before so I could skim off any fat.
I put it on the table and decided to help myself to a leg. When I pulled it out the raisins had stuck to the chicken which made them look like eyes and the whole leg resembled a fish. My son said a catfish.
It was quite good. Not exactly company food but for a quick meal since the hubby and my son enjoyed it.
I just had to take a photo. Chicken fish.JPG
