Has Anyone Tried one of Those Cooling Pillows?

I have seen those advertised on Amazon and wondered if they really work or not, or if the plastic holding in the cool gel would be hot itself once the pillow warmed up. Maybe if you kept turning it over to have a cool side next to your skin it would work.
I sure miss the old waterbeds where you could adjust the bed temperature to be warm in winter and cool in the summer !
 
The ones I recently bought claimed they would keep cool and so far they are right. I got them on Amazon and they didn't cost as much as a lot of the others.

I'd love one but like the others I feel they'll get hot soon enough. I spend all night tossing and turning trying to get the coolest part of my pillow every night. I use Silk Pillowcases and they are very cold at first, but they warm up pretty quickly

They had one model at Costco but the filling was small pieces. I hate to have something like that with the cats. I'm always afraid the seam could open and the contents spill out.

I'm sorry. I've been doing similar, but not real bad lately. I don't feel like I'm sleeping real well. Crazy dreams too.

yep same here.. altho' crazy dreams are not new to me.. but I've been having those too lately... not so much nightmares which I sometimes have .. but just weird ..strange dreams that make little sense
