Has Anyone Tried The New Hearing Aids?

Apparently hearing aides have become more affordable since I bought my first and only from Costco several years ago, and no longer even require an appointment with an audiologist.

Recently I lost one of mine and I thought maybe something more easily replaceable would be better so I’m asking: has anyone bought any of these new era hearing aides?

If so ..

.. are you happy with them?

.. which ones did you get?

.. how much did they cost?

I just got my cataracts out. That takes care of my eyes, but I'm starting to have problems with my ears. I have a hard time hearing women's voices over the phone, and I have to jack up the volume to really enjoy music- all signs of a hearing loss. I feel like an old house-something's always broken or leaking.

My cataracts are going to get done eventually. Sooner the better as far as I’m concerned.
