Has your vehicle insurance went up this year?

Mine seems to be going up about $50 each year, the past 5 years.
I am solid with my coverages, Senior discounts etc. Still up it goes
a bit, just the way of things..

I had to resubmit the low number of miles I drive annually (under 5000) and they lowered the monthly premium by $120.

I have been with Allstate/Progressive insurance for 10 years, probably
will stay with it, but..

I'm insurance poor. Some I insure in Florida ($$$$) and some in Arkansas. (not as expensive) :(

Geez! You have good taste!

You know they say: "If God drives a truck, it's a Ram!"

Auto insurance, I have one only (2021). I pay semi annually to save the revolving interest. I change my insurance provider at least every 3 years, gets a competitive rate reduction usually. I never buy comprehensive, I do buy collision with the highest deductible (usually $1,000 or more) if the value is more than $5,000. It's all about money and most will lower the price to get cash. Also holds my rates down with minimum/or no claims. I try to be self-insured when it's prudent.

Oops! I said this wrong!
It's not: "it's a Ram!"
You have have to say this slowly, humbly and with respect, and deepen your voice a few octaves: "IT'S A RAM!"
The same goes for the 57 Chevy!

I have everything covered under State Farm ... two vehicles and home.
Been with State Farm for 17yrs now and filed zero claims in that time.
The home coverage seems more volatile than the vehicle coverage but total isn't bad ... yet.
I'm satisfied with State Farm for now and IF I ever do need to file a claim, the agent is local.

Just one vehicle. Interestingly enough, mine took a $20 drop in January and a $50 increase in June on a semi-annual policy. Even if they knock a little bit off they don't let you keep it long.

I have auto/home coverage to get the discounts. Home is an annual policy but for whatever reason, seems insurance companies only do semi-annual auto policies. My vehicle is 18 years old with 138K miles. I only have liability coverage but it still goes every 6 months.

For many years, I had Liberty Mutual and the rates kept climbing. Then it dawned on me to get estimates to see if I could save some money. The best deal was with Farmers so I switched. Then a few years passed and I got estimates again. Moved on to Allstate. Will do more estimates in another year or so!

Mine went up this year; so I went looking for estimates again, and switched over to AAA from Travelers. It seems like they all give a low rate to catch you, and then go up every year after that; so when I see they are going up, then I start shopping around.

Same here. Geico gradually kept increasing the monthly fee over 2 years. When I shopped around, nearly every bid was $50 less per month. I ended up with Travelers. They offered to charge even less if I agreed to use the nanny app which monitors your driving every second. No thank you.

I did the driving app last year with Travelers, and it only monitors it for a few months, maybe less if you drive more places than we do. Once it had the required amount of trips, it was done. AAA has a similar one, but they still have to get my account set up properly so that i can sign up for the driving app.
they started out much cheaper for the first year, and then this year, the rates went up , for no reason, so I changed again.
