The last Charlie was at the Vet’s they had to put a muzzle on him. He wasn’t wearing his pronged collar so he was difficult to manage. Charlie is hypersensitive to noise and foreign places like the Vetanarian office. I gave him a prescribed sedative like I always do each day and have his muzzle/prong collar ready to go for his 9;30am appointment.
I decided rather without a choice to surrender Charlie to the ASPCA, waiting for a kennel to open up. There are two surrenders ahead of me, so a matter of time and vacancy.
