it happens very regularly here. Many people join and then for whatever reason, find the forum isn't for them, and stop posting. This sipican only joined less than a year ago and stopped posting a few months later... I've seen it over and over in the last 10 years...

I missed the whole thread from last November. Just saw it tonight after reading hollydolly's post. Guess I'm not alert enough and miss too many posts. Oh well - - -life goes on.

Does happen a lot. Just for fun, I went back to a forum I belonged to before SF. At the time, I loved it..now, I cannot see what I liked about it..but I did give that one 2 or 3 years before just wandering off

sometimes people join then are never seen again, and I personally think it's because in many cases they've been searching for something on the internet and images pop up from here. Well if you're not a registered member, or if you're already a member and not signed in you can only see the thumbnail or small version of them, so I'm sure many people sign up just to see whatever images they were trying to see...
