Yes, at birth. My poor little mother was in labor for 54 hours with big 'ol me and I was doing right poorly when I finally emerged.

The docs were sure there would be brain damage, but the jury is still out on that....LOL.

Fell partway down an old well.

Been in 2 car accidents, one the car careened off the road through a guardrail and into a utility pole. The other I got T-Boned while riding my mobility cart.

Almost drowned in a pond.

I was in Vitas HOSPICE for 3 weeks 6 years ago. I'm 89 now. Very few leave HOSPICE alive. However, EVERYONE succumbs to Father Death in time. No one gets out of life alive!

We should not forget that the DEAD suffer no pain or impairment and need no money to live anymore.
