Oh, Patty I'm sorry things have gone this way. I want so much to say something useful here. This just sucks and I'm sorry. I agree with @Sunkist, though in that the doctor just can't say until the tests are done. But that doesn't mean it's at all likely; just needs a test. Dammit.

@PeppermintPatty I did not see this upsetting news until just minutes ago, and then I read all the posts from other members, showing their concern. This really saddens me today, because I can only imagine how you must feel until more is known. I'm sincerely hoping all will turn out well and this will soon be behind you.

It's true that today's dr is smart to know their own limitation, which is likely just to do the routine test.
I'm sorry yours wasn't one.

You will have a specialist, who will be able to proceed, and it's at least better than if you'd waited any longer.

and I'm glad this dr got you scheduled himself, so there would not be any further delay and confusion, for that reason.

I've had a few and woke up and watched one, no big deal. I just hate the prep and not eating. Just had one recently. I hate that part so much I once told my doctor I would never get another one
