I live at a high elevation in NY and usually I turn the heater on to cycle once, even in the summer , so that I can take a shower in a warm bathroom, as I get up at 5 AM most mornings. But lately it has been on until it gets to about 65 outside. It has been very rainy ,chilly ,and damp here all week and
yet when the sun does comes out a little, the beauty of Fall is brighter in the wonderful color of the trees.
I got my flu shot Tuesday and knew I might have aches and pains from, it on Wednesday- but I fell asleep with the heat up and even left the TV on and I woke up at about 2 AM and it was too hot so turned the heat way down-and turned TV off-and hope I dont do that again- heat is too expensive to waste.
The only side affects I ever get from shots is the Flu Quadevalent (sp)and the shingles booster. Just aches and pains the next day that go away but I always stay home the next day because it can cause fatigue as well.
