Have you heard postage stamps are going up AGAIN to 66¢

You are correct, just last week I got my neighbors mail and vice versa, I was expecting an important mail according to informed delivery and it took another 2 days after they showed it on line to get it, yes I am going to complain about another hike in 6 months.
Yes, we live on a very small dead end street (13 houses) and neighbors are constantly going from house to house delivering misdirected mail.
I did a poll on NextDoor asking who has gotten other peoples mail.
it was around 66% said they got other people's mail.....sad

It makes me wonder if I am getting another persons mail who is getting mine,2¢ is too much too soon in my opinion.

The soaring price of postage plus the availability of instant e-mails is why writing actual letters on paper has become a lost art. What a pity that we now have an entire generation that will never know the sweet anticipation of carefully crafting words on specially-bought stationery, then sending it off knowing that you’d be fortunate to get a reply within a week… *sighs* 😿

Email and test are for basic communication. A handwritten letter is a gift. We probably spend around $20/month for postage stamps - hardly a major line item in our budget. ;)
