Every dog must have his day; they say. Every dog likes to be petted and fused over. However, there are certain dogs that you should think twice and think carefully before you decide to give him/her a little pat on the head. They just might have an instant weight reduction plan in mind for you. Read the following:

I petted the down-the-hall-neighbor's dog. Partly just to save the poor little thing's life because the neighbor apparently is unable to twist around while using his walker and he left the leash on the extendable setting, so the poor little dog was outside the elevator while the owner was in the elevator supported by his walker and facing the back wall. I dashed into the elevator with the dog bouncing happily at my feet then held onto its leash to keep it from exiting again. I'm so glad I'd taken some cardboard boxes down to the recycling, makes me anxious to think what might have happened.
 
I would have, but they both died on Tuesday... :cry:

After meeting a friend for lunch a couple of days ago, as we left the eatery, a gorgeous old yellow lab was walking toward us with her person. I was able to pet her on the head and tell her she was a beautiful good girl. She gave me her paw, then lay down and asked for belly rubs. It was the highlight of my day.

Yeah, I've got one of those. He's not having hugs, and he's going to lay on the bed. He has other places to be.

I cooked my dog some sausages this morning. He loves a pork sausage and I cook them in batches of 20. He's always happy to smell those cooking.
 
I don't have a dog due to the NO Pets rule here at my co op apartment complex
Every time I do 'dog sitting' at my friends, Marcia&Dave's house, I always give their dog' Tage{pharoh hound} lots of hugs,I was there yesterday
My neice Liz owns a rescue pit bull named 'Mr Toad' she got him 5 yrs ago,a very sweet/nice dog
 
My dog likes sleeping in the rain. And I mean IN THE RAIN. He's a weird animal. Of course, as a human I force him inside, but if he gets a chance he'll go back out there.
