Have you perfected your craft lately?

When I first read the title, I thought it meant my craft, as in my witchcraft and I thought, Gods no, I haven't perfected it and never will as it's an ongoing kind of thing.

My other crafts are not perfect either, but I'll likely wander over to my sewing machine when something strikes me, and my coloring, maybe some writing. Oooo, coloring whilst listening to music on the headphones sounds good. :)

Oh they are so good! I have seen little felted mice and teddy bears which are cute too.:)

I think you spoke about witchcraft before? Not the stuff of horror movies but good spells?

I am with you on the sewing machine, I don't sketch or write much these days but, I enjoy both when the mood strikes :)

I saw the dragon on another thread but not the little one. They are so good IE!!
How long have you been doing that craft?
 
I've been crocheting hats. I'm trying to get really good at it. They're small so they don't take too long and they're useful.
I sewed and crocheted when my kids were small but took a long break so I'm trying to get back to it.
I bought a sewing pattern for a top for the first time in forever.

I usually don't aim my intentions at anyone else, (that stuff tends to boomerang) focusing my work inward.

Well, cept the one "calling" (that's my word) spell I tried twice, which I want to say didn't work, and I suppose it didn't in that the person I wanted didn't contact me (and, weirdly, the knots in the ribbon I was using came undone on their own, twice).

But really it did work in the sense that I realized that connection is closed and I need to let it go. The answers we want are not always the ones we need. I got the one I needed.

What I love about sewing is how all-consuming it can be when I'm enmeshed in a good project.

Did you used to sketch? That is a skill I really admire. :)
