Good news doesn't "capture" the audience's attention, like all these seemingly daily tragedies do....especially where the TV news media is concerned. After all, TV is a "business", with making money off of the commercials as it's highest priority.

The good news, for me, is that my family close friends and I have not been directly impacted by the recent hurricanes, floods, fires, shootings, scandals and political nonsense that is going on around us everyday!!!

I'm truly thankful for my quiet, snug, uneventful, little life!

The floods, fires, hurricanes are beyond our control, and I feel for those who have lost everything; but
the shootings, sexual accusations, and political nonsense I will not watch or read about. These are
things that I cannot comprehend and do not condone. I thank the Lord that I do not live in a
country where fire arms are not controlled.
