Time to take care of the glaucoma issue I was diagnosed with last year so I’m heading to surgery this morning for that and while I’m there they’ll also address the cataracts that are beginning to form. In two weeks I’ll get the other eye operated on.

Please send healing vibes, good mojo, thoughts and prayers, whatever your thing, that the surgeon has a steady hand and everything goes without a hitch! 🙏👀

Good Wishes! I hope all goes well. 💐

Hope it goes well. I am getting light therapy for glaucoma tomorrow morning. It is not yet noticeable, but was barely detectable in one eye in a routine eyeglasses exam with the blinking lights test. I am so thankful for them finding it so it can be treated. How was your glaucoma detected?

Let us know how it goes.

I’ve never heard of this. Please let us know about this.

I had a student who as early as his 7th grade was obsessed with laser beams. He was a genius too. He went to Cal Tech and learned as much as he could, and then went to work is President Reagan's "Star Wars" program to defend against missile attacks with laser beams. The program was an expensive boondoggle, but the idea made sense and seemed worth exploring. When that failed, he invented and patented a laser machine that is used in eye surgery. I don't know if his process is still in use. Medicine has advanced rapidly. I lost track of him 30 years ago.
