Healthier Snacks

I forgot to say that I enjoy a few squares of dark chocolate 🍫 at times too and it is a healthy snack for having diabetes type 2.
 
I make fruit (bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, peaches, pineapple, mango) smoothies adding a little vanilla yogurt, apple juice and almond milk so they come out thick and filling. All frozen so little work.
