I hope you'll share the Adirondaks here... the love of my life. Hiking, canoeing and exploring... I knew the Rangers by their first names. But... that was sooo many years ago. 1960 to 1979. Slept in every Adirondak Shelter in the entire park. Old Forge to Tupper and all places in between. With friends, Dear Wife, our four kids, and Scout Troops and church groups. Fondest memories.

Tom Young, I used to hike when my boys were young. Even did a couple high peaks. So nice that someone on here knows the Adirondacks personally. It's getting pretty cold and snowy. We are trying to sell and move to Florida. Too hard for us here.
